We have a heart for people and vintage furniture. It is our passion to help as many disadvantaged people as possible move forward. Vintage is the means to that end. We believe that "Love works. We put a lot of thought and love into our vintage furniture and we see that a loving environment helps people recover and gain hope.
We love vintage. For 10 years we have been buying beautiful unique vintage furniture in England and Denmark. All furniture is restored in our own workshop. We also produce new furniture in vintage style. Our workshop produces the Lotus (a design by Rob Parry), a sturdy vintage chair made of wood, steel and fabric.
We love people. Sixty Fruits is a social enterprise. We employ disadvantaged people in all sorts of places in our company. We want to be a safe and loving place where people can recover and flourish. Every human being is valuable.
At Sixty Fruits , everyone is welcome. We want to inspire and are ourselves inspired by the most special person in the world-Jesus. His love for broken people inspires us to do good.
SixtyFruits is "love works. We have passion for vintage and people. Vintage (restoring and selling) is the means to further help as many people as possible.
We offer employment to dozens of people per year with a short to very long distance from the labor market. Each participant is supervised by healthcare professionals, who work in a goal-oriented manner. We work with our participants on measurable growth and development and measure our impact.
We are commercial and caring and enjoy that mix. We want to continue to develop every year. We want to be customer-oriented and excellent. We love creativity and strive for continuous improvement. We achieve healthy financial results to finance our own growth.
In the summer of 2014, Sixty fruits was founded by four companions. Together they drove to England in a van to pick up furniture so they could restore it in a small building. The goal from the beginning was to help people so they could get back to work.
